Gloria Project

Gloria project is located in Tuzla, in the Asian side of Istanbul.

Tuzla district is one of the regions of the Asian part of the wonderful city Istanbul. And it overlooks the Sea of Marmara with a coast of 13 km. And followed by several islands in the sea.

In recent years, this region has witnessed an urban renaissance that made it more like a self-contained city.

The area includes a residential environment that enjoys calmness, comfort, and distance from the hustle and bustle. It has traditional residential homes and modern residential complexes. It can be by paying the full amount at the time of the contract.

Or by installments, where 50% of the value of the property is paid as a first payment, at the time of the contract, and the rest is paid in installments for a period of 60 months.
