Pega Kartal project is located in the Kartal district in the Asian side of Istanbul.

Kartal is located in the Asian part of Istanbul, bordered to the west by Maltepe, to the north by Sancaktepe, to the northeast by Sultanbeyli, and to the east by Pendik.

It is located in Aydos Hill, the highest hill in Istanbul, and the hill that is called the balcony of Istanbul, namely Yakacak Hill.
