it recorded a record high of 4,962 properties, achieving a growth of 24.4 compared to the same month last year.

During the period between August and November, 19,382 properties were sold to foreigners, compared to 16.41 properties in the same period last year,

an increase of 21 percent.

Istanbul held the first place in sales to foreigners with 2,443 properties, in November, an increase of 30 percent compared to the same month in 2019.

The total property sold to foreigners in Istanbul reached 16,867 during the first 11 months of 2020.

Antalya came in second place with 6,946 properties, then Ankara in third place with 2,437 properties.

With regard to the nationalities of the most foreign property buyers in Turkey during the month of November 2020, Iraqis topped the list with 876 properties, followed by Iranians with 860, and Russians with 434 properties.
