1- An official document or title deed that proves the property seller’s ownership of the property.
2- Identity card for the Turkish citizen, or the passport for the non-Turkish person, with a certificate of translation of the passport into Turkish, certified by the Turkish notary public.
3 The buyer’s tax number. This number is obtained from the Tax Department in Turkey, based on the

5- Real estate appraisal report, which is extracted by the seller, and it is issued by one of the specialized and officially licensed companies, and it includes all information about the property also includes an estimate of its price according to the prevailing price. The validity of this report is limited to three months only from the date of its issuance.
6- An official power of attorney duly authenticated by the competent references, accompanied by a translation certificate into the Turkish language, certified by the Turkish notary (the notary).
